Wade Digital LLC (“we,” “us”) operates wade.digital and related services. These services are operated by Michael Wade for Wade Digital projects, direct clients, and individuals who request Wade Digital services. This policy describes how we handle information when you interact with our services.

When you use our services or communicate with us, we may collect:

- Account information: Your email address and display name, provided via Google Sign-In
- Authentication tokens: OAuth tokens for third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Whoop) that you explicitly authorize — these are encrypted, stored temporarily, and deleted after relay to your agent
- Usage logs: Timestamps of authentication and communication events for troubleshooting purposes
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Wade Digital:
- Your phone number will be used only to send messages you have requested from Wade Digital (reminders, updates, alerts, or responses from our assistant).
- We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services.

How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and connect you to your personal AI agent
- To relay OAuth tokens securely to your agent instance
- To send SMS messages you have opted in to receive
- To troubleshoot issues when something breaks
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. Period. We do not use purchased, rented, or third-party lead lists for SMS messaging.
Third-Party Services
Our services use:
- Google OAuth 2.0 — for identity verification (email + profile scope only)
- Twilio — to deliver SMS messages (carrier-level delivery; subject to Twilio’s Privacy Policy)
- OpenAI OAuth — to obtain API tokens for your agent (only when you explicitly initiate re-authentication)
- Whoop OAuth — to obtain API tokens for fitness data integration (only when you explicitly authorize)
- Cloudflare — hosts our services and stores encrypted tokens temporarily in Cloudflare D1
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only request the minimum scopes necessary.
Data Retention
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted immediately after delivery to your agent instance
- Authentication event logs are retained for troubleshooting and deleted after 90 days
- Client registry records (email + agent mapping) are retained while your agent is active
- Phone numbers are retained only while you are actively opted in to SMS communications
Security
- All tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before storage
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS
- No raw tokens appear in logs
- Access to the token relay API requires bearer authentication
